ICE agents arrested five men on their way to work in late January in Du Quoin.

Duckworth told ICE in a letter that she had dismissed the staffer, who she said acted alone.

The staffer allegedly visited Staunton restaurant owner Ismael Ayuzo Sandoval while in ICE custody and misrepresented himself.
