The dropping of all charges came just days before a rare federal trial on misdemeanor charges was to begin.
Prosecutors dropped the overarching felony conspiracy charge against the protestors earlier this month.
Lawyers for the remaining “Broadview Six” are accusing federal prosecutors of trying to “have its cake and eat it, too.”
In an unexpected move, prosecutors said they intend to drop the main conspiracy charge against the remaining “Broadview Six” protesters.
