SCOTUS turns down Texas lawsuit seeking to overturn Biden’s win in 4 states

A longshot legal challenge to overturn the results of the presidential election in four swing states — which was opposed by 23 Democratic attorneys general, including Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul — was rejected Friday evening by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul joined onto a legal brief, along with a coalition of 22 other Democratic attorneys general, that is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reject a lawsuit brought by the Texas Attorney General seeking to overturn the presidential election results in four states won by President-elect Joe Biden.
